Our understanding of the systemic approach to consulting and how we implement it
For us, partnership between clients and external consultants means joint planning and reflection of project work, joint development of the architecture of change-processes and flexible planning in the sense of "work-in-progress".
Connecting with the rationality and resources of the system instead of concentrating on the deficits; linking-up with achievements and making use of internal competencies.
Results-orientation linked to process and people orientation; the people concerned must find a personal connection to the strategies developed.
Change in perspective
Working with a change of perspectives – compiling and linking the points of view of relevant internal and external environments e.g. market, corporation, customer-groups, employees etc.
Linking bottom-up, top-down, and cross functional processes
Linking strategy and direction to action-orientation and experience; promoting executable decisions. Operationally pressing topics should be given only limited space i.e. contact should be restricted.
