Innovation centres

In our innovation centres we work together with our clients, scientists and colleagues from our network of consultants on new topics regarding the design and leadership of organisations. Our goal is to link two issues which are important to us:

• Working in inspiring partnerships and
• Neuwaldegg's pioneering role in the continued development of the systemic approach to management and consulting - and the systemic paradigm, with the current topics and questions that arise in our daily work.

The goal of these innovation centres is to develop and test new concepts and tools for management and consultancy, as well as to make them available to the "community" in workshops, publications and through our consulting practice.
