I dig deep, shed light on connec­tions, and ask questions—even the uncom­for­table ones. As someone who values clarity, I openly address issues that others often only sense. I have a keen sense of what lies between the lines: tensions, unspoken issues, and systemic dynamics.

What sets me apart is my ability to connect hard and soft factors: numbers and emotions, struc­ture and rela­ti­onships, stra­tegy and culture. My back­ground in stra­tegy deve­lo­p­ment and manage­ment consul­ting is combined with a solid foun­da­tion in systemic training—a combi­na­tion that is rare in prac­tice. True trans­for­ma­tion occurs where clarity, courage, and the conscious shaping of social space come together.

For me, AI is not just an add-on. It is trans­for­ma­tion. It changes decision-making logic, leader­ship roles, and the way orga­niza­tions learn. I support leaders in shaping this change in a syste­mi­cally grounded way, drawing on concrete AI expertise.

I work with execu­tives and orga­niza­tions that know what they want. I have led global execu­tive deve­lo­p­ment programs, served as the Change and Colla­bo­ra­tion Lead for an inter­na­tional auto­mo­tive alli­ance, and guided 23 national subsi­dia­ries through their trans­for­ma­tion into a single Euro­pean region. What brings me joy: when an assign­ment evolves over time into genuine collaboration.
