Effective leadership is a key element in organisations. We see leadership as a system performance, not as the sum of the managers’ individual performances. The strategic development of the management system is therefore required in the whole range of organisational models, from classic hierarchical to hybrid and self-organisation. What is needed are suitable control models, rapid decision-making processes and the effective networking of all leaders.
Management development is therefore system development and not just training individuals. Together with our clients, we develop the answer as to which management system will get their company fit for the future and how they will develop their management culture.
The greater the complexity with which an organisation is confronted, the more important it becomes to have a common understanding of leadership, communication and conflict management skills, self-reflection and self-management. In management consulting, we use diagnostic procedures such as SIZE or CAPTain to support managers and people in positions of responsibility in comparing their self-image with their external image, discovering their potential and developing it in a targeted manner.
